Return Policy for Digital Products, GradCircle Membership and Career Services.

We want you to be satisfied with your digital product and career services purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

GradCircle memberships can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, you must confirm that you did not download any materials, resources, or templates from the GradCircle platform and that you did not attend any events or watch any digital courses or live sessions. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your membership details. Once we receive your request, we will respond within 5 working days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Return Policy for Career Services:

At Mind The Grad, we strive to provide exceptional career services to help you achieve your professional goals. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services you have received, we offer a straightforward return policy.

There are some general conditions under which a person may be entitled to request a refund for our career services:

  • Failure to Provide Services: If we fail to deliver the career services as outlined in the service description.
  • Substandard Service Quality: If the quality of the career services provided is significantly below what was promised or expected, the consumer may have grounds for a refund.
  • Misrepresentation: If the service provider misrepresented the nature or scope of the career services, leading the consumer to enter into the agreement under false pretences, the consumer might be entitled to a refund.
  • Breach of Contract: If the service provider breaches any terms of the contract or agreement related to the provision of career services, the consumer may have the right to request a refund.

If you are dissatisfied with our career services, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial consultation or purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide details about your request.

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review your case and determine if a refund is applicable based on the services rendered. If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that refunds may be subject to deductions for any services already rendered or administrative fees incurred. We want to ensure fairness to both parties involved in the transaction.
